Arrived on time, in good condition. Easy to assemble. Instructions for initial set up would have been helpful.

Efficient and friendly, my item was delivered to exactly where I asked with no fuss or hesitation. Excellent service.


Didn't provide recycling service. Had to dump the old appliance in a canal instead.

The delivery was on time and staff very helpful and friendly however the appliance we received has a small dent in the bottom left hand corner. Sadly for this reason I’m having to leave a negative review.

Prompt delivery, good little microwave. Although I am disappointed that it does not have a clock, so annoyingly I will have to buy a kitchen clock. Easy to use and very straight forward.

Very happy customer, great price, friendly website for ordering, great communication throughout, choice of what day to be delivered. Before and on the day of delivery very good communication about the approx time of arrival, updates and access to track where they were. The cheerful delivery driver phoned an hour before approx arrival explaining the road conditions and traffic due to bad weather, and again rang when near by. On delivery they were very good and obliging putting where we requested.

Excellent service. No fuss. Delivered on the day I was told and also given a one hour time slot. Not tried it out yet though.

Ordered a TV in preparation for a lockdown NYE with my elderly father. Delivery was on the day they promised and left on my step as per their contactless delivery process. The first thing I notice is how battered the box is so not a great first impression. Just as I feared the TV screen was cracked when I opened the box. I’m surprised the manufacturers don’t package their TVs better. I reported within 48hrs as requested and they replied in a reasonable time frame. I understand that these things happen but the reply to my complaint was just terrible. I’m a first time customer so they should have been genuinely sorry for what happened and really tried to retain me as a customer. Instead it was a quick sorry and we’ll just collect your broken TV then and we can only do this on the 6th. I said storing this TV for nearly a week is crazy so they kindly agreed to the 5th. I’m not unreasonable and would have accepted an exchange if they tried to make things right but they didn’t even try. It’s safe to say I won’t be using the company again and when people ask are they good I’ll say no. Had they made it right I would have told everyone to use them despite what happened.
